Janice's career began at Ringling Bros.^® in 1972 and, with over 30 years of experience working with animals – along with five years as a schoolteacher – under her belt, she now instructs animal handlers in the care and training methodology of elephants at the Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Center for Elephant Conservation.
